Refund Process

Step 2: Return the Item

Once you have received return authorization, package the item securely in its original packaging, including all tags, accessories, and documentation. Clearly mark the return authorization number on the package and ship it to:

You are responsible for paying the shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.

Processing Refunds
